any disappointment it will be more down to SJ than me, don't you

He didn't demo whether you could collapse the sidebar. He demoed a
*selection* of the features.

You're aware there's Apple people who are able to use Google,
right? I can't believe how many people post on the web "I've
committed crime X but wasn't caught" and are surprised when they
get sued...
I really think you are living in the land of fantasy on this one!
Do you really think that Apple will care about this silly question?
I don't know, I'm not Apple. But legally, they'd be entitled to do
so. And you'd be surprised about what things Apple can make a hoopla
that you'd think are quite inocuous. Not to mention that if they
don't sue person A for an infarction, it may be used against them in
court when they try to sue someone for a bigger transgression. It's
simply Apple's decision, and the law is on their side. That's all I'm
saying.
