It seems that a pushbutton with a heigth lagrer than 20 pixels
becomes a square pushbutton in leopard.
Yes, this is by design; the resolution-independent drawing code in
Leopard doesn't support drawing pushbuttons at heights other than the
standard height, so we switch the appearance to be a square button.
Please make your buttons use the standard height to get the standard
appearance.
