to get the height of the main display, so that I can create a
desktop group window of that height. But I'd like to shrink my
window by the size of the menu bar, and I don't know the right way
to get that distance.
Any suggestions? GetMBarHeight() might work, but it seems like there
should be something in CG to do it "better".
CG doesn't know anything about the menubar; to CG, the menubar is just
another window.
GetMBarHeight is a good choice.
