I'm using no Cocoa, so obviously there's something happening in Leopard that isn't in Tiger, but I have no real idea on where to start. I installed Xcode 2.5 today, but that's not getting me far - I'll have another thread on that one.

We haven't seen any other reports like this internally, so I think the best place for you to start is to get a copy of Leopard and reproduce the problem yourself. I'm sure you're working on that already.
