Larry has always been extremely helpful in the past, but unfortunately there have been too many instances over the years (about 6 years for me too) where this help has been the subject of abuse by so called software developers who do not have the first clue about the Mac, show little or no interest in learning the Mac way, and very often exhibit poor basic programming skills.
