We're having localization problems with a bundle of ours. The bundle
has code and various .lproj folders in its resource folder. This
bundle is in turn inside the Content's folder of our app's bundle
folder.
Everything works fine except when we are running in non English
System language, in which case we're still seeing the English
language resources being used instead of the appropriate french,
japanese, etc. resources.
Is there some known issue about the system not properly
accessing .lproj folders of bundles within app bundles?
We have .strings files in appropriate .lproj directories. nothing
seems to be wrong but every time it uses English version of
the .strings file with the provided name - even when the system is
running French, etc.
we did't made any changes to info.plist file ..
Any help would be highly appriceted
What do you see in the Finder you do a Get Info on your application in
the Languages section?
