Our Windows computers (95,98,2000,XP) pickup their IP's from a OS X DHCP server (10.3.7).
Are the windows computers and DHCP server on the same subnet? If not you will need to place "DHCP Helper" information into your routers configuration files.
In the DHCP server setup address ranges for each subnet.
