disabling airport and bluetooth with mcx

Hello,

I'm trying to disable airport and bluetooth with mcx settings.

I have checked « always » and « disable Airport » « disable bluetooth » for 
the computer
on workgroup manager.

On the client with dscl I have :

/LDAPv3/123.456.789.012/Computers > mcxread peche
App domain: com.apple.MCX
Key: forceInternetSharingOff
State: always
Value: 0

App domain: com.apple.MCXAirPort
Key: DisableAirPort
State: always
Value: 1

App domain: com.apple.MCXBluetooth
Key: DisableBluetooth
State: always
Value: 1

(The ip address of the ldap server is forged).

But that does not work and both airport and bluetooth are available.

Do I miss something ?
