And if you do have network homes, where are they stored?
Since individuals seem OK, there's at least a chance you have a bottleneck
somewhere - either your network or HD.
Have you checked your logs to see what's going on? Are they different when
an individual logs on vs. 25 users at once? What OS/hardware are the clients
and the server? More info would be good.
