Managing printers via MCX in Leopard

When I push out printers via MCX using IPP, the printers end up being LPR instead.

My Macs are printing direct to the printers on my LAN via TCP/IP. No print servers are being used. All of the printers are on my LAN All the printers are capable of IPP and IPP is enabled on the printers. My OD server is 10.5.1 My managed clients are running 10.5.1


Any ideas?
