Use a tab view without any tabs to manage the content area. You can define
the different tab views to your heart's content. Then use the selection in
the tree view to set which mode is visible in the tab view. You could also
look at the various examples if "info" panels since what you want is similar
to an "info" panel. See Sketch.app
