Warning with precompiled headers

I recently cleaned a project up, but after recompiling the project, I've been receiving some of these warnings (10 per .m file).

warning: 'AvailabilityMacros.h' has different date than in precomp
warning: could not use precompiled header '/System/Library/Frameworks/...'

The types of frameworks are like Cocoa, ApplicationServices, CoreServices, AppKit, and Foundation.

Is there a way to correct this so I don't have all of these warnings? It seems that my project has been compiling slower lately, perhaps because of these warnings and needing to recompile the headers?

I'm using Project Builder 2.1 and Mac OS 10.2.8.
