I am afraid that overriding setLineScroll:  or scrollRangeToVisible:  will
not work. 

When a new line was added to the end of the document, the NSTextView frame
will be automatically resized by just only one line height.  Then the scroll
up command more than one line will be neglected.

I think the key is how to customize the auto-resizing of NSTextView frame in
order to resize by more lines than the actual increased text lines.

But I have no idea how to customize the auto-resizing of NSTextView frame.
