About a year ago I submitted a bug report to Apple that NSHelpManager
+openHelpAnchor:inBook: "just doesn't work". The status of this
bug is
"duplicate". I guess that means that they agree it's a bug, but
apparently
not very important to anyone?
Nope, "duplicate" means that it's already been submitted as a bug,
and is
probably (hopefully!) being worked on.
