If you enter it literally, you'll see that TextEdit starts with
everything in Korean, even the Apple menu.
Nifty. That seems useful. I suppose you can override any user
preference for any application like that?
I believe so. I think it's documented somewhere, but I'm at a loss as
to exactly where.
