You did read that, right? So if you configure the view to auto- resize by calling -setAutoresizingMask: (not "-setAutoResizeMode", which does not exist, AFAIK), or setting the sizing springs in Interface Builder.

Sorry, I didn't finish my thought. I meant to say, if you (do the above), you shouldn't *need* to override resizeSubviewsWithOldSize unless you're doing something strange.

Well, and exactly that is, what I want to do. So I wanted to override resizeSubviewsWithOldSize to do the resize calculations on my own, but as I said it does not get called. Do you know of any other prerequisites for that method to be called?
