For the benefit of those who have been on the list a while, perhaps
when you update the guidelines you would be so kind as to post a
diff so that when the rules are changed we can easily and clearly
see what is new.
Overall the guidelines don't change, they do get rewritten more
clearly though.
In this case the NDA was more prominently called out, as well as other
changes like that.
If the 'rules' actually changed, I'd make a separate announcement.
