V4 ICC Profiles and iShare 1.4

When using "Convert Spot" with iShare v1.4, I get bizarre results with an RGB output profile generated by ProfileMaker 5.0 as ICC v4, as well as a yellow "caution" triangle on the color circle. A v2 profile generated from the same measurement data appears to work fine. Anyone know if there's an issue with iShare and v4 profiles?
