Profiling CD/DVD

I've mapped an EyeOne RGB 1.5 printer target to fit onto two CDs which I will print out from Epson's Print CD application through an Epson R300. From the printed CDs I'll create an ICC profile for use in printing more accurate color on CDs.

My question concerns how to introduce the ICC profile into the workflow?
Epson's Print CD application does not accept ICC profile references at the Print stage. I'm used to printing directly from Photoshop where Profiles are chosen and applied at print time.

So, do I assign the profile to the CD image in Photoshop? Convert to Profile? What?
