Timo is not better nor worse than a lot of "color folks" on the internet.
Granted his opinions are controversial, and he managed to upset many
respected professionals I won't try to name in vain here again. But his
generous contributions to color management cannot be ignored. I, for one, am
grateful for his excelent free Excel colorimetry Plug-ins I used in the
classroom with success over the years. Take what you want from the man and
leave the rest behind. But don't get caught in the crossfire between him and
certain people.
