OK, a few observations about the profile.

- the copyright tag is basically blank. Shouldn't cause a problem but it is a bit odd
- the curves inside most of the LUT tags are odd and rather severe, this may be the source of the problems that CS3 is having with the profile
- the gamut shapes for A2B0 (shared in this case by the perceptual and saturation intents) are also quite odd on the shadow end. But this is not that unusual.

So, it's not obvious what is causing CS3 to react the way it does but it doesn't seem to be showing up in other versions of ACE or Apple's CMM or LCMS so far.

Seems that you've found a rare bug in ACE. You should contact Adobe and submit the profile.

Regards,

Steve
