Right, because it's a filter, it is named after what it filters out, and therefore "inverts". Rather than name this obscurely by the mechanism used to achieve the effect (the filter), they've quite logically named the effect directly, as a reading that includes UV wavelengths, or a reading that excludes UV wavelengths. Note it's "UV included", not "UV filter included", "included" being a strange term to use anyway for a filter being present.
