Do you happen to know what actual measurement intervals (not interpolated)
are used by the EyeOne Pro Rev D?

It's approximately 3.3nm, approximately because the sensor spacing
is even physically, but not quite even after wavelength
calibration has been applied. Basically a re-sampling filter
is used to calibrate and resample the readings from the
sensor to the desired output wavelengths.
