Martin Orpen is correct.

You can take the GraCOL data, even starting from an existing profile, and make a good 4CBW profile from there. Just need to max out the GCR and pull the black curve up until it's a mirror image of the normal black curve, more or less. I use Monaco Profiler, but Profilemaker should be able to do the same thing. There's no need to go as high as 300% max density really, lower amounts will still give you a really nice full B&W.

The idea is to give the press no chance to introduce a color cast, by keeping the CMY to a minimum, using it only as a density booster in the shadows. The midtones will be very light, which is exactly what you want in this case.
