Hi Neil,
I haven't tried what you suggested above yet, but here's a twist for you
regarding APS, and in that you seem very experienced and hands on, I
hope you can help me.

I have the Z3100ps GP with APS, and since I installed the latest
firmware TR12-TR12PS_6.0.0.7, and newest drivers and newest HP Printer
Utility software, my workflow is broken. That workflow included building
profiles with my X-Rite Pulse (either RGB or CMYK) and installing them
using the "INSTALL PROFILES" function of the HP Printer Utility.
Profiles to be installed appeared to give an error or are grayed out in
the directory window.

HP sent me to X-Rite. X-Rite listened and after more research, they said
it won't work on their in house Z printer either, and that I should
contact HP. I have contacted HP, but they have not gotten back to me
yet, but I hope they do.

Do you have anything you can add to make me feel better?

Thanks, and so long for now, TOM
