there is a non-colored one on Bruce Lindbloom's site (which is an excellent resource for many bits if you haven't found it yet).

Click on 'info' and scroll down to the 'Four EPS files of the CIE Standard Observer Functions' link.

I had to open them in illustrator for some reason (Preview and Photoshop didn't like them)..

it's a good starting point at least.
