I don't know if I'm the only one, who thinks that this doc is wrong.
If you look at the param description you see that it notices a device
which is not in the function definition. And if you look in the header
and see the description of the function ahead of this one, you will
see that it has the same text ;-)

New for CoreMIDI 1.3.
@param entity
The entity whose endpoints are to be manipulated.
@param numSourceEndpoints
The desired new number of source endpoints.
@param numDestinationEndpoints
The desired new number of destination endpoints.
@result An OSStatus result code.
But anyway, do you have some sample code lying around which shows how
to use this ?
No, but it's really straightforward ... (or hopefully moreso with the
repaired HeaderDoc? :-/ )
