of course, given some on openssl-dev's seeming lack of interest in ... and
occassional hostility towards (dunno why !?) ... an apple/osx 'solution', i'm
<grumble> in the middle of rolling back to v0.9.7g for my production boxes ...
tho, at 1st glance, your solution looks like it'll be a good fix for my
devbox(en) until the openssl release is 'OSX ready' w/o patching ...
have you (could you?), perchance, submitted the fixes to openssl-dev?
