GNU libtool had the -all_load flag removed for darwin with this patch:

So if you're getting -all_load in your link line, and you're not
adding it
yourself, you're not using libtool-1.5.10. Ensure that the libtool.m4
that
is put in your configure script does not have the -all_load flag.
