ProductName: Mac OS X Server
ProductVersion: 10.4

That information from sw_vers corresponds to Mac OS X Server 10.4, which is Darwin 8.0.

Mac OS X Server 10.4.4 corresponds to Darwin 8.4.

If you want Darwin 8.0, that would be <http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/10.4>.
