Thanks. I was trying to do it using darwinbuild, which makes the
whole build-process simple. But the latest plist I see is for 10.4.5,
not 10.4.6.

It's pretty much accurate, except that you may have to copy some
headers into appropriate places by hand to build kextsymboltool.
