And what makes you believe that changing the clock speed of the CPU will
affect anything related to "energy sensitivity"? (Can a human even
physiologically detect anything that would be a physical manifestation from
CPU clock speed?)
How about heat? That'd be the first thing to be noticed from a change in
clock speed.
