DarwinBuild for Leopard

DarwinBuild has been updated for use on Leopard. Not all Darwin projects have been tested, but several commonly built projects such as xnu and cctools can be compiled in the chroot environment.

Please report any problems via the DarwinBuild Trac database <http://trac.macosforge.org/projects/darwinbuild >. (Failure building Xcode projects in the chroot environment is a known issue.)

Downloading and installing:

$ svn co http://svn.macosforge.org/repository/darwinbuild/trunk darwinbuild $ cd darwinbuild $ make $ sudo make install

Building xnu:

$ mkdir 9A581
$ sudo darwinbuild -init 9A581.plist
$ sudo darwinbuild xnu

Build log is written to Logs/xnu/xnu-1228.log~1
Binaries are written to Roots/xnu/xnu-1228.root~1
