XCode and old headers (slightly OT)

Howdy, I'm currently poking around with the BootCache source code (trying to see how "portable" (see: FreeBSD) it may or may not be.) and I still can't get it to build. It's looking for some newly defined types in mach/vm_types.h and in mach/port.h (IIRC) and is not finding them.

I've got recent source pulled down from OpenDarwin.org, and I can find everything I need in there. But the default headers in /usr/ include seem to be from my Panther install (I upgraded from Panther-> a few weeks ago)

Anyways, i'm using the most recent XCode from the Tiger installation and I'm wondering why it didn't install the newer headers in /usr/ include with it. I've had no problem working with other bits of driver and kext code, (BootCache builds a KEXT among other things.) but it seems that BootCache uses some very specific things implemented in 10.4.

Any advice on how I can get the new headers without hosing anything? (Which is what i'm deathly afraid of on my Powerbook)

Cheers,

-R. Tyler Ballance
