device maching with serial key.

when I do the device maching for looking for a serial device, I use the
kIOCalloutDeviceKey to help to maching, that is copy from a sample code, but
I don't know why ? what difference between CalloutDevice and DialinDevice ?

define in IOSerialKeys.h :

#define kIOCalloutDeviceKey "IOCalloutDevice"
#define kIODialinDeviceKey "IODialinDevice"

anybody can help me to get know about deaill for those key as below :
#define kIOTTYDeviceKey "IOTTYDevice"
#define kIOTTYBaseNameKey "IOTTYBaseName"
#define kIOTTYSuffixKey "IOTTYSuffix"
