I recall a thread on these lists about the OS being picky about the
format of versions numbers. Your version number must match the
'vers'
convention that has been with the Mac for a long time. Perhaps
"1.0.28"
is no good because "28" is 2 digits. I certainly encourage you to
use
"x.y.z" where each is only one digit.

It looks like OS 10.1 broke the convention, and 10.2 picked it up again!
