You can probably remove the references to graphics kexts and get the system to boot to console mode. I did this a couple of years ago on the version of Darwin that was current at the time. If your goal is to get some sort of GUI running, though, you're wasting your time. Sooner or later you will have to buy a supported graphics adapter in order to run X11 on Darwin. Judging from your previous messages, Chuck is right; Darwin is not the system for you. You might be able to run FreeBSD or NetBSD on your hardware, but probably some form of Linux is your best bet. jkc |
