Have fixed niutil setting. Can't ping DNS

Hello.

Well I managed to repair my error before. All of my setting are supposed to be correct now. I set them up as static because I normally use PPPOE to connect to the internet.
When I set up my Linux I had to do the same thing and it works fine.

Now despite having all of these required settings I can't ping the domain host or the DNS server. Pinging my router works fine and I can ping myself, but that is it. What else can I do to get this working. Should I have tried using Bootp or DHCP? Am I missing something? I set my /etc/iftab:

lo0 inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 255.0.0.0 up
en0 inet 216.130.88.25 netmask 255.255.255.0

/etc/hostconfig:

HOSTNAME=mb.sympatico.ca
Router=216.130.88.25

. /locations/resolver:

name: resolver
domain: mb.sympatico.ca
nameserver: 205.200.16.69 (have a second DNS but I couldn't manage to get it in)

These settings were set according to how the instructions I was given here and I obtained from Darwinfo.

Any help would be very welcome!
