i'm just having a little trouble installing the new php distro.
configure goes fine, but it fails on make. here are the last few lines:

-DSUPPORT_UTF8 -DXML_BYTE_ORDER=21 -g -O2 -c internal_functions.c
internal_functions.c:32: `#include' expects "FILENAME" or <FILENAME>

Look at line 32 of internal_functions.c

Does it #include "FILENAME" or <FILENAME>?

the specific problem in this case is that the source has some funky characters in it.. I think someone forgot to escape a \n (actually several)

you can edit the file main/internal_functions.c and fix it pretty easily.

I've got cut-paste instructions on Stepwise (http://www.stepwise.com/) for building it, including downloading a fixed file. I'm surprised that this slipped out like this, since it must effect everyone.
