Thanks for spotting this and reporting the problem if you were the one who posted it to the XonX bug tracker on SourceForge. This problem is now fixed in XFree86 CVS.

I was and you're welcome. Does this mean I need to "make World" again if I update my CVS installation, or can I just "make install.man"?

There was another bug fixed as well which left man pages empty. Safest to just "make World" and rebuild all your man pages.
