DHCP Relay Agent for darwin/ OS X?

Greetings,

I'm looking for a DHCP relay agent for OS X. The ISC web site lists OS X as a supported platform, yet neither their version 2 or version 3 packages will configure on 10.0.3.

www.stepwise.com has a pre-built client package for OS X Server, but I can't ascertain whether that a) includes the relay agent, or b) will install properly on the released on the non-server OS X.

Any hints on what is needed to configure/compile the DHCP relay agent for OS X?
