sendmail Please Help!

I have sendmail running and I think the config is good, but I do not
recieve email, but can send, here is info from mail.log:
May 24 17:47:47 darkstar mail.local: lockmailbox /var/mail/rich
failed; error code 75
May 24 17:47:47 darkstar sendmail[272]: f4P0lGT00271:
to=<email@hidden>, delay=00:00:30, xdelay=00:00:30,
mailer=local, pri=38637, dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: local mailer
(/usr/libexec/mail.local) exited with EX_TEMPFAIL

What do I need to do?
