DBI/DBD::ODBC Install

Has anyone here successfully installed the Perl DBI and DBD::ODBC on darwin?
I'm attempting with very little success so far. I believe I've finally
gotten the DBI itself to install, though at the end it says

Bundle Summary: The following items in the bundle Bundle::DBI had
installation problems:
RPC::PlServer

But I don't believe that's relevant to what I'm using it for, on the
DBD::ODBC side however, I can't get past the first step. I do a perl
Makefile.PL and it wants to know where my odbc driver manager is. I'm using
Openlinks drivers for OS X I'm but am not sure where I would look to find
the driver manager. Any help anyone could send would be great appreciated.
