Interesting . . .
I don't find a copy of any license agreement in the cvs repository.
If it wouldn't be too much trouble would you be so kind as to post the
link?

As Far as I can find this is the only online copy of the Apple
Opensource license which covers the core Darwin components according to
the apple site anyway. . .

and the FAQ of course:

but then there are all the gnu components which must be under their own
license, and not to mention vi's license and bind's and apache's and
sendmail's and etc . . . the whole thing can be very confusing.
