About to retire startslip and sliplogin

Sorry for the cross-posting, but I'd like to get the maximum coverage for this announcement.

We are planning to remove the commands startslip and sliplogin from the Jaguar version of Mac OS X because we have no kernel support for the SLIP protocol.

Let me know ASAP if there is any reason why these commands should not be removed.
