Hi All,

I am working on a shell script using the Bourne Shell under MacOS X and I am
having trouble figuring out how to get the modification date/creation date
and time of a file. It would be great if the time were in seconds because I
need to compare the modification/creation date and time of two files.

Any help is appreciated.
