hi,

About every two or three weeks, I get a kernel panic when I try to dial in using PPP. This only happens when I try to dial in. I tried reinstalling panther, but that didn't help … still crashing.

Is there a way to restart just the internet stacks in UNIX? I don't want to restart my machine every week and I don't want to wait around for a crash either.
