Recently Microsoft released update 11.2.5 for Office 2004. One of the
updates was supposed to fix an issue that intel based macs had with
smartcard based certificates. I have this installed now, and can now at
least select the appropriate certificate in the account properties
area. Unfortunately it errors out when I try to send a signed message.
However if I wish to send an encrypted message it works fine. I'm
looking to see if this is an issue for anyone else.
What's the error and are you sure you're not selecting the encryption
cert for signing?
