It is for both really.  Don't ignore IE (thats not what I meant to say
if it came across that way), but implement all of the features you
want to use so that it works with FireFox... IE tends to work most of
the time with code written for FireFox, I am saying do not write for
IE specific hooks (and you will see a lot of it in Windows Vista).
