MRJAppBuilder - more old bad JBindery habits?

Another even as we speak type error.
I don't know how many times I clobbered JBindery applications resoource forks by rebuilding. OK, I know after the first time I should of known better, but in fact didn't. Now after looking at MRJAppBuilder's own use of Contents/Resources/Java and seeing that as the usage example for classpath, I thought OK, might be worth a try again. Of course I forgot a couple files and had to re-build to add them. After a couple miscues, will try to remember if helpful, you guessed it. Everything that was in Contents/Resources/Java is now gone. And yes, now again I should know better but is this a good thing?
